In diesem Artikel wird eine pragmatische Abwandlung der didaktischen Methode des LearnTeamCoaching von Fleischmann et. al., vgl. (Fleischmann u. a., 2003), vorgestellt. Diese Methode aus dem Repertoire des Inverted Classroom ermöglicht den Studierenden ein individuelles Lernen. In drei aufeinanderfolgenden Phasen erarbeiten sich die Studierenden ein Thema selbständig (Lernen), diskutieren und beantworten Fragen in der Lerngruppe (Team) und klären verbleibende Fragen der Gruppe mit der Dozentin (Coaching). Die Autorin beschreibt die Adaption und Anwendung der Methode im Studiengang Informatik und Wirtschaft der HTW Berlin in der Lehrveranstaltung Usability. Die wichtigste Veränderung betrifft die Durchführung der letzten Phase im Plenum, statt mit jedem einzelnen Team. Das Ergebnis ist eine ICMethode, die ohne große Vorbereitung (keine Videos) und mit vertretbarem Zeitaufwand für alle Beteiligten in einer normalen Lehrveranstaltung (2 SWS Vorlesung + 2x2 SWS Übung) eingesetzt werden kann.
